Ms. Rinyaphat Jiraitsarawat earned a B.Sc. degree in Statistics from Kasetsart University in Thailand. Having engaged in and benefited from the Work and Travel Program held in Florida, USA, during her undergraduate years. Through that unique initiative to equip and prepare students for their future careers, Ms. Rinyapahat was able to gain valuable knowledge and acquire vital skills such as leadership, cross-cultural communication, interpersonal communication, discipline, work ethic, and adaptability in such a multicultural environment. Having acquired necessary and consequential skills over such a short duration, Ms. Rinyaphat was able to start her professional career as a marketing officer and later as a marketing supervisor at two of the well-established real estate firms in Thailand. It was at the two firms that she executed various growth-promoting and self-sustaining initiatives. Her passion for excellence, coupled with the indefatigable spirit that she possesses, led to output maximization with overhead reduction during her spell at the two firms. As an Administrative Officer of AUAP, Ms. Rinyaphat’s expertise in managing strategic operations and facilitating and coordinating communications among members remains key in planning and overseeing international conferences, collaborations, and growth-promoting initiatives of the association, such as student and faculty exchange programs, innovation, leadership training programs, entrepreneurship, and technology transfer among member institutions towards advancing higher education development and sustainability beyond the Asia Pacific regions.
