Dr. Erwin Cadorna is the President of the University of Northern Philippines, and has a faculty rank of Professor VI. He holds a Ph.D. in Science Education from De La Salle University, and has over 35 years of experience in higher education. Under his leadership, UNP achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification, and improved its global rankings. Dr. Cadorna has spearheaded numerous initiatives in instruction, research, and community extension. He has published in Scopus-indexed journals and received multiple awards, including the Fr. Jose Burgos Achievement Award and the Outstanding Research Leader of the Philippines. Dr. Cadorna is committed to advancing UNP's academic excellence, research capabilities, and community engagement while promoting international partnerships, and sustainable development.
