Dr. Dick O. Eugenio is a teacher, scholar, and administrator. He now serves as the Director of the International Affairs and Strategic Partnerships Office of World Citi Colleges. He finished his PhD from the University of Manchester (UK) and is pursuing a second PhD (in Human Development) from the University of the Philippines. He has published four books and numerous book chapters and journal articles. His cognitive expertise is in the areas of theology, philosophy, ethics, spirituality, lifelong learning, and micro-credentials. With a dedication to educational excellence, he seeks to inspire and have a positive impact by teaching, publishing, and leading.
